Kevin Elmore graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, in May, 1993. He has been a licensed attorney for the last 23 years, and a licensed mortgage originator for 18 years. His passion is assisting consumers and seniors in estate planning and financial planning matters. He has also been counsel to regional mortgage lenders advising on product application, and appropriateness of financial products to seniors. During the foreclosure crisis, he worked with a nationwide consumer advocacy group drafting and implementing programs and protocols to assist homeowners navigate the foreclosure, short sale, and loan modification process.
He is admitted to practice in the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California, and the District of Colorado. He spends his time in both Colorado and California with his wife and two children.
